GAINS FROM PREPARATION FOR CIVIL SERVICES..…

It is almost a dream of every young Indian to get the prestigious position of IAS/IPS/IRS among others and serve this country into the most effective and efficient manner as it could be.  To get it done the aspirants work day in and day out to get their dreams fulfilled. The examination is considered to be the mother of all examinations and is considered to be the toughest examination in the world owing the selection ratio in the final stage.

Most of the aspirants are screened out in the preliminary examination i.e. PT examination, others are chucked out in the mains examination and still others at the interview stage. It is very unfortunate that irrespective of the efforts being made by multitude of aspirants a major chunk is screened out by the commission (UPSC) and their dreams shatter into pieces.

But, will it be really true that those who could not get success into this examination, they lost all and they cannot work for the development of our country?? The answer is no..no and absolutely no….The preparation of this examination makes a person a really enlightened and a responsible citizen. While in preparation phase the person becomes fluent in the language and becomes knowledgeable in all respects. Be it polity, economy, history, environment, geography or anything else…the person becomes ever presentable.

Through rigorous preparation stage the aspirants become very very strong in their heart and in their mind too to mitigate any kind of hardships into their lives. This is the kind of bureaucracy we need today as our country is passing through the hard time in terms of economy and security, and above all the social evils add to it. Intelligent and efficient civil servants can take these challenges head on and ensure the success of our country with the active participation and contribution of enlightened and responsible citizens..
