REFORMS IN JUDICIARY AND CIVIL SERVICES

The gaining of independence in 1947 and enforcement of constitution in 1950 opened gates wide open to judiciary and civil services in our country. The devastated economy was calling for effective reforms in our country. The government lauded for continuous reforms along with the public,  but the reforms were going on with slow pace.

The information technology brought sea changes in both these services. Computers and other electronic devices have brought enormous changes into these services. E-courts, e-filing of FIRs and other procedures which are conducted electronically have not only speeded up the process but also saved money and energy involved in the entire process of getting services. Time and again these services are gaining new heights on the dimensions of reformation.
