NEED FOR SPIRITUAL UPLIFTMENT FOR ALL
Societies all over the world are compared on the basis of economics, social harmony, development among others. In economics the position of India may be down but on spirituality and human revelation it has remained ever high. There have been so many spiritual leaders on this mother land from time to time who have contributed towards the spiritual upliftment of all.
Spiritual upliftment is associated with political and economic upliftment too. Without uplifted from spiritual angle one cannot think of any human revelation and human dignity. One such example who who had directed the entire world about the secrets of humanity and spirituality was none other than Swami Vivekananda. His enlightened spiritual wisdom was evident enough through his message in Chicago in the year 1893 when he directed through the forum of world parliament of religions, “sisters and brothers of America…..” The entire world accepted the spiritual truth of oneness and brotherhood of all in his speech and actions.
At this juncture of time when India is a struggling for economic growth the solution of all its social and political problems lies in the teachings of Swami Vivekananda. The machinery of the government called bureaucracy, if it follows the principles of Vivekanand then problems of India can be sorted out in the least possible time. The tenet of his teachings like ‘strengthen yourself’ is the core of direction that the civil servants can get. This officer wing which executes the law of the land needs to be strengthened spiritually to uproot the evils of bureaucracy that have crept in like nepotism, corruption and other malpractices. A new society based on unity, equality, justice and above all humanity can be evolved and hence India can grow as a world leader in all dimensions.
On this day of “national youth day” it is high time to gather the strength that lies within us and work day and night for the upliftment of ourself to strengthen the country and the world. On this day I extend my heartfelt gratitude and honour to the youth from the bottom of my heart and I extend my heartiest congratulations to them. If youth is determined then there are no limits.
