MILEAGE FROM CHANGED SCENARIO TO CIVIL SERVANTS AND TO THE NATION

India grew in its economy since the inception of its independence in 1947. The government at that time decided to select industries as a prime moving force which would have help the economy to grow at a faster rate. Industry would have also expanded the agricultural development too. Even though all the three sectors in an economy help the GDP to grow but agricultural sector is very important sector. The government has taken all initiatives to boost agricultural sector as this sector involves the maximum population. But this sector at present is with the minimum contribution of GDP in comparison with all the three sectors i.e. primary, secondary and tertiary sectors.

The implementation part of the Government and the will of the government need to be same because the results would be out by the consistent and honest implementation of governmental policy with transparency and accountability and strong will of the government. So far, the government has only shown its good will but on the path for implementation it is lacking somewhere and the fruits of development that had to be reaped till today has not come up with the desired results. The civil servants try to get maximum mileage from the agricultural sector but the efforts went in vain. At this point of time the civil servants or the policymakers need to rethink about the agriculture sector which has become now the prime moving force as declared in the year 2002.

The government needs to bring out initiatives, so that, the maximum population can get a sustainable lifestyle in the coming years. The official class (IAS, IPS, IRS and IFS) is consistently helping India to grow in all the sectors of the economy but somewhere it is the implementation part which is lacking and the country is not reached the desired results. The civil service is determined to develop India into a developed nation and for that all the sectors need to be professionally given chance to contribute its share in the GDP. In this the civil servants need to be creative, innovative and vocal to the government as well as to the public, the benefits of opting changed scenario to get maximum mileage for them and for the nation.
