PEOPLE’S PARTICIPATION TO MAKE CIVIL SERVICES EVEN MORE STRONGER

The government is an institution which fulfills the wishes and will of the state. It is carried out by the personnel called civil services. The functions of this machinery are multifarious included in elections, rural development, health, transportation, civil aviation, education, defense, shipping, electricity, urban development, women and child development among others.

It would be a difficult task if only the civil servants with assigned duties and responsibilities think about the development to the nation. The participation of people is equally important because it is a well established fact that without people participation no government scheme can bear its fruits and its execution would be even more difficult. You can imagine what would have been the state of India had people not participated in the management of corona pandemic. The government can be even stronger with people, since the government is composed of persons from the society only.
