ELECTRIC VEHICLE POLICY AND POLLUTION CONTROL

India is marching ahead on the path of development. It has invested so much talent of its bureaucracy to get on the path of development speedily. In the path of its development it got engaged on to the process of de-forestation and other anti – climate activities, which resulted in the shooting of pollution beyond all limits. The citizens of India have already paid huge penalties in the form of shooting of temperature and spread of diseases accruing to rising of temperature among others.

Quite recently the government of India has taken string actions against this end – of rising temperature and population. It established National Green Tribunal (NGT), bringing in scrapping policy and incentivizing electric vehicles are major steps. The bureaucracy should pour in maximum efforts to channelize resources for speedy implementation of ‘electric vehicle policy’ to curb the pollution level to an admissible limit.
