The war is going on between two former members of USSR. It has questioned into the relevance of global institutions that had erected to stop any kind of war between the two nations. Whatever might have remained the reasons it should not have happened.
The countries in particular and in alliance are putting their concerted efforts to stop this war, but efforts have been failed till yet.

It is a moment to think also as to what is the relevance of UN into this contemporary world? All the nations should come united by coming together to stop this menace and to consider all options to evade future wars. The responsibility to this lies with the civil services among others.
