The dream of becoming an IAS/IPS officer starts your journey into civil services. At the age of 10th standard when the chance comes to a student to choose its career in its life is a crucial moment and on that cross road it needs to invest its time and energy to get the desired career in its life. If career lines are clear then we can say that no energy would be going wasted as we all know that time and resources are limited in our lives.

After rigorous preparations and passing through the competitive examination conducted by Union Public Service Commission/State Public Service Commissions the carrier bureaucrats/civil servants commit and devote their entire life into it. By the ladder of hierarchy in to the public organisations they keep on ascending based on their experience and competence. Even if the political leader may lose its job by getting defeat in the elections, the career civil servants always remain into their office till their retirement and serve this country.
