THE CONTRIBUTION OF CIVIL SERVANTS AND DEVELOPMENT OF THE COUNTRY

We had started economic development long before we attained independence. The academicians, political leaders, scholars and industrialists contributed their maximum so that India could develop at a faster pace and come in the row of developed nations as soon as possible. The planning had started long before even the Independence was attained.

As a nation the contribution of civil servants in the development of this country can never be  subsided or overlooked. We cannot imagine the development of this country without the presence of civil services. Civil servants are the strength of this country and they worked for the upliftment of this country in all social and economic parameters. The recruitment of the civil servants is upon the recruiting agencies prevalent in the states and at the centre. These recruiting agencies are constitutional bodies and they work tirelessly. They select and train the best possible talent into this country who would contribute and utilize their talents in order to make this country a developed nation as soon as possible.

They are the real change agents who are engaged into the development functions that is in the making of the law through delegated legislation and in the execution of the law through the execution of public policies. The recent advertisement by Madhya Pradesh Public Service Commission is one such step after corona to recruit these smart, talented, dynamic and enthusiastic civil servants.
