JUSTICE DELIVERY UNDER CORONA CRISIS

By the advent of corona crisis the world has witness a new set of arrangement for all the services in the world. Elaborate arrangements have been made to get and enforce new schemes for better management in this corona crisis. We can see the involvement of judiciary into the health matters has increased unprecedented due to obvious reasons and no doubt the judiciary has played its vital role tackling with new forms and variations found with corona virus.

The pendency of cases in the judiciary was high and it has become even higher by the outburst of corona. All the courts were closed be it in the highest or lowest judiciary. After a prolonged waiting the focus was made on the delayed justice by the judiciary and technology enabled system was introduced opting for video conferencing among others. On a very serious note I would like to express my deep grievances for those who could not get justice within due time. If right strategy is opted then we can bring in prompt justice for all in the country. It needs to be done as corona will become a part of life in the near future.
