To strike a balance between the development and welfare of people is prime responsibility of the government. The tool of the government which is its fiscal policy regulates the persistence of money apart from the monetary policy of the Reserve Bank of India. This money is utilized for various developmental works including infrastructural development and human development into an economy. It becomes an inherent responsibility of the government that the wave of development reaches to the poorest of the poor.

The government and the public which is there to reap out the benefits of economic development should be aware of the new tasks ahead, so that the citizens can visualize the development that would be taking place if they pay their due tax on time.
